Relieving Physical Stress

There are a variety of ways in which stress can appear. The fact is that physical stress could be caused by psychological stress. When dealing with physical stress, the problem is that you can't find out what the underlying issue is right away. Of course, that's not to say you can't do anything to make life easier on yourself. In this article we will look at a few ways you can ease any physical stress you are experiencing.

Close your eyes. The nice thing about this particular coping technique is that it can be used almost anywhere at any time. However, do not do it while driving or handling large items. If you begin feeling badly while you are on the job, then stop what you are doing and shut your eyes. You can move your eyes around very slowly while your eyelids are closed. This will slow down the mounting pressure in your head. However, if you see that you are bothered by light, you should call your doctor.

Engage in stretching.
